In 2009, My brother and I was fortunate enough to have a private meeting with the current Executive Vice President of Sales of Organo Gold and we found exactly what we desired. Strong leadership focused on loyalty, unity, and edification.  We knew that partnering up with the right leaders would definitely lead to massive success not only for us but our entire organization.

Two years prior to us having that opportunity to sit down with Mr. Buggs, we were in another Network Marketing company and was able to lead a team of several hundred people. The company had no system, no true product, and very little leadership in place. Although it was tough, we built that business for 2.5 years and hosted our own meeting for two of those years. My brother John Fields II would host many of those weekly meetings and even hosted a HUGE super Saturday in our market with the number one income earner in our previous company.  Many people considered John and I the Kobe and Shaq of Network Marketing. We have a mission to develop leaders and create a championship team in Organo Gold.
